Geoffrey Scheer

Managing Director

An accomplished actor and playwright, Geoffrey has turned his talents away from the bright lights of show business to the offices and boardrooms of corporate America.

Employing the same skills he once used to entertain audiences, Geoffrey now educates companies on the importance of respect in the workplace with Access’ theater-based training methods. Balancing drama and humor with the latest research on legal and ethical issues facing companies today, he guarantees to deliver a presentation that will stay with audiences long after they leave the meeting room.

Geoffrey has been training with Access Communications since 2004, working with such companies as AIG, HSBC, Merrill Lynch and many others. He is also a published, produced and New York Times reviewed playwright and a contributing writer on ethical issues for TheHumanist.com.

An author, educator and entrepreneur, Art Feinglass was Director of Public Relations for ORT in New York and taught Public Relations and Marketing at New York University. He is the author of articles and books on a range of business issues, including Your Management I.Q., published by Simon & Schuster, and Public Relations for Nonprofits, published by John Wiley, and has also written for Comedy Central.

In 1998, Art founded Access Communications with the goal of combining his expertise in writing, education and public relations with his passion for theater in order to create a unique training program that would help businesses tackle issues of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace. This innovative approach to diversity and harassment training led to features in The New York Times, Business Week, Entrepreneur Magazine and FOX-TV.

Art currently splits his time between New York City and Seattle.

The "Cast"

Access Communications uses professional actors to present live, interactive scenarios in diversity, sexual harassment awareness and other workplace issues. Many of our actors have had successful careers on stage and in film, appearing on Broadway, in major motion pictures, on network and cable television and in regional theaters across the country.

All Access actors are auditioned, screened and trained for the specific demands of our company and its clients.
